Our patented, custom made, electonic flashing or CONTINUOUS ON- decorator lights will illuminate the inside of any 11'' or larger latex balloon but its primary function is for general decorating purposes. Accent centerpieces and table decorations with light for holidays and special events. This Product uses a ultra powerful White L.E.D. built onto a Ultra Light-Weight computer chip. This product now has 3 modes: Fast Flash, Slow Flash or Continuous On. Packed in a poly bag of 25 pieces.
